She started her carrier in a brokerage company. Later she developed her entrepreneurial skills in a Slovene company trading with medical equipment. After her maternity leave, she joined Studio Moderna Slovene multinational DRTV company, present in 20 countries in CEE. She was in charge for innovative new products development, such as fitness equipment, folding bicycle Bigfish etc.

Karin holds her bachelor degree in Economics from EF, University Ljubljana, Slovenia and MBA, IEDC Bled.

She started her carrier in the largest retail company in Slovenia. At the beginning she expanded her knowledge in the field of commercial and international trade. Subsequently, she was strongly involved in various projects upon Slovenia's accession to the European Union, and continued her career as a project director in subsidiaries in foreign markets. She specializes in business process optimization and cost rationalization and later continued her career as a COO in a globally oriented manufacturing company.

Maja holds Master of Science degree in Economics from University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business.

He started his career in Merrill Lynch, New York, as financial analyst in investment banking with a focus on capital raising for private equity, venture capital and opportunistic real estate funds. Later he moved to London, where he joined AF Partners, as investment professional responsible for reviewing, analysing, and structuring private equity and venture capital investments in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
in 2003 he started his own business dedicated to helping clients maximize financial wealth, by providing sound corporate finance advice and efficient transaction execution.

Uroš holds Master of Science degree in Finance from Boston College and bachelor degree in Finance and Mathematics from Northern Arizona University.

He started his career in a small family business where he gained knowledge in the field of printed circuit board production. His career grew from a pilot to a CEO. Gregor is distinguished by knowledge of production processes, development of lean production, care for people and the environment, and a constant desire for change. With advanced technological approaches, he has established a modern competitive manufacturing company based on long-term cooperation with global customers and suppliers.

Gregor holds his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University Ljubljana.
